Work stress has had me chasing after sweets & savouries. Not a good thing. Trying to control it back but in the meantime, MIKIおじさんの店’s original cheesecake & white coffee on a Sunday afternoon.

Hectic weeks of work, not much chance to breathe until I’m reminded that I make the time to do things happen, not the other way around. Excuses abounded!
So back to disciplining myself on food at least.
Breakfast & lunch for today:
A bunch of us Forever Alone-ers got together last night and reveled in our Alone-ness. Good conversation was had, with good food and not too awesome dessert.
The dinner conversation though, was amazingly hilarious. I will never look at Lego the same way again.
Dinner:
Dessert:
Maybe the honey latte screwed with my tastebuds, but I wasn’t really impressed with the Teh Tarik ice cream. The Malt & Peanut Butter flavour my friend had was amazing though, and so was the Horlicks!
Breakfast: chicken panini, hash brown, white coffee.
I never realised Wendy’s had breakfast.

Haven’t kept track of my food intake the past few days because, well, I tend to overindulge over the weekend. Plus, this is a long weekend – not helping. But nothing starts from nothing so here I am again.
Breakfast: mini croissant + 100 Plus (as I went to the gym before that) (149cal)
Lunch:
The chicken was a little too dry so I couldn’t finish it. I only had half of the mazarin (the pastry) and gave the rest to a friend. Total calorie: 510cal
Tonight’s dinner will be this, something simple my mom put together:
And what I’ve made to last for a few days; Hearty chickenball & vegetable soup (that’s almost a stew)! Recipe adapted from Just Bento!
Very proud of this as it’s the first time I made chickenball by hand!
Today’s breakfast; egg bibimbap as I was too tired from a company dinner the night before to whip up something more elaborate. But that bibimbap magic is still there – healthy & filling!
Lunch; smaller portion of morning’s egg bibimbap + dessert:
Today’s breakfast; first attempt at bibimbap, success!
Lunch: Smaller portion of morning’s bibimbap and dessert; yoghurt, apple, rice krispies and a Ferrero Rocher, crumbled.
